Yay, finally I am going to be doing this review after raving about it for so long! I actually know of the lip lacquer from 3CE shortly after I heard about the YSL ones. I went to the YSL Cosmetic store at Ion but the service attitude of the Sales Assistant is just bad. One thing I really hate about the luxury brand sales assistants (be it the boutiques or just a cosmetics store) is that they always judge your spending power before they decide whether you are worthy to be served by them, sheesh. Really, Singaporeans who work in that line need to get their head out of their asses. There is a stark difference in the way those SA treat me when I am all branded up VS when I am just in my casual jeans and top. Okay, I am digressing too far - let's get back to the topic!
I have already talked about the background of Stylenanda in my previous review for their pink highlighter so if you are interested, please click
here to read about it. I am just going to jump straight into the review today.
Star of the day: 3CE Lip Lacquer in Show Time
I really love the very squarish packaging. I like how their products always look so sleek and classy.
Swatch of the product on my hand along with other lip lacquers that I own from 3CE
The biggest point about lip lacquers is that it can be used for both gradient lips as well as a full on lip color. Oh look, pretty Park Sora!

Product Weight: 6.4g
Product Texture: The texture is quite like lip gloss but much thicker in consistency - very viscous.
Scent: ♥♥♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ 2/10
I actually don't smell anything much from this product. Is it just me? (laughs) Anyway, I like it that there is no scent because if there is a scent and I don't like it, it will definitely turn me off from wanting to use it.
Packaging: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♡ 9/10
LOVE the squarish packaging! The reason I took one point off is because with just 6.4g of product, it probably could have been made a little shorter for better portability. Other than that, I have no complains about the looks of it at all.
Pigmentation: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♡ 9/10
It goes on pretty strong so I will advise to start off with a light hand and then add on more wherever needed, especially if you are attempting a gradient lip. For a full lip color, it comes out just as pretty as the color in the tube - pinkish with a tinge of red and vibrant.
Lasting Power: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♡♡ 8/10
The tint left on my lips after a meal is still pretty pink, albeit slightly darker. I find that the longer I keep it on my lips before anything comes close to causing any product removal, the darker the tint will look at the end.
Moisturizing: ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♡♡ 8/10
This actually keeps my lip pretty moisturized! I really wasn't expecting it to as I thought the thick consistency will just wear off in a bit but it actually stayed on to keep my lips from becoming dry as fast as it usually should.
Availability: ♥♥♥♥♡♡♡♡♡♡ 4/10
Again, 3CE does not have an offline store in Singapore even though I.T Singapore do bring in the clothing line. I really hope they will bring the cosmetics here too in the near future! However, it is quite popular in Singapore so I do see a lot of online retailers. Again, do check the sources propery before purchasing so you do not end up with a fake product.
Price: ♥♥♥♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ 3/10
Compared to many other Korean brands like Etude House, The Saem, Tony Moly and more, this is actually on the pricier side at 18,900 (more than 2x the price of one from Tony Moly!). After conversion, it works out to be around SGD $23, which is probably the average drugstore price here. (I know, many cosmetics get their prices marked up a lot here =/)
Repurchase: Maybe. I'm not too sure if I am willing to shell out that much for the same product again. If I were to get it again, I might go for a different color. Otherwise, I think I can actually achieve similar effect when it comes to gradient lips with other brands at a much lower cost.
Overall Rating: 8.5/10
That's my first 3CE Lip Lacquer review. I'm glad it turned out to be as good as I hoped. Hope you guys liked it and that it helped you in some way!
