I know there are some people waiting for this. Sorry it took so damn long! I finally got my ass down and determined to churn this review up no matter what!
So what am I referring to?
Can't see the product clearly? Here's a huge shot that you absolutely cannot miss.
That's right! Candy Doll Mineral Powder [Purple Packaging] I have to say, definitely a WAY overdue review and there are probably a gazillion out there by now but... I still have to share~
First started using it some time last year, I think I bought this myself?
Anyway, I have to complement on how fine the powder is!
Here we go~
Candy Doll Mineral Face Powder 「キャンディドール フェイスパウダー」:
Product Weight : 10g
Product Ingredients: Talc, Synthetic Phlogopite, (HDI/ Trimethylol Hexyl Lactone) cross Polymer, (Dimethicone/ Methicone) copolymer, Silica, Ca Carbonate, Iron Oxide, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract
Product type: Loose Powder
Scent: 0/10- I really cannot detect any scent at all.
Packaging: 7.5/10 - It is pretty much a standard sized tub for loose powder; compartment for powder and face puff separated by the sieve. One of the reasons I don't really fancy bringing loose powder around is because of the bulk it packs; compared to face/pressed powder, it is usually about 30- 50% thicker. I do, however, love the black and white stripes with purple printed words.
Coverage: 3.5/10 - This is a loose powder, what coverage were you expecting from it? I do wear this on top of just sunblock on better skin days though, to act like I have no make up on and yet still very good skin(笑)
Texture: 9/10- Smooth, fine and extremely lightweight.
Blendability : 9/10- It blends with and sets my foundation extremely well. It does not make my foundation look cakey, giving it a very natural finish.
Lasting Power: 8/10- I don't touch up when I leave house and my foundation usually last over 10 hours with this.
Availability: 8.5/10-
It is retailing in Watsons Singapore and I'm sure you have a Watsons near you! You can also get this item online from BlingAlways!
Price: 7/10- I believe it is retailing in Watsons at $33.90 each. Yes, a tad bit pricier than normal loose powder [Candy doll items are not included in Watsons members sale) but look, it's made in Japan! That statement itself makes me more willing to pay more [and the cute packaging, of course.]
Repurchase: Yes. I really loved the texture [fine-ness] of the powder and the cute packaging [not to forget, TSU-CHAN!] so a definite repurchase for me. Overall Rating: 8.75/10
All in all, I really liked the product. The only setback is that portability [I know that no matter how much more bulk it packs, it is not that difficult to carry it in your make-up bag but still, I have to compare it fairly with competing products] and the price.
Sorry this took so long! I seldom use liquid foundation, so I had to try and work around with it before I could come up with my review ^-^

Candy Doll Liquid Foundation in Shade 01 「キャンディドール リキッドファンデーション01」 :
Product Weight : 30g
Product Ingredients: Gomen ne, too many technical names that cannot be translated/ turned out weird so I shall not list the ingredients here. However, ingredients can be found on the packaging & at the website in Japanese.
Foundation type: Liquid
Packaging: 9.5/10 - I really like this packaging [not only because there are pink bits ^^''] Firstly, it comes in a packaging akin to our "liquid correction tape" which is mega hygienic. You have to shake before dispensing, very sanitary too! [Because you drip the product on your hand, so there is absolutely zero contact with the mouth of the product bottle.] The bottle is translucent, so you can see how much product still remains.
Coverage: 7/10 - This foundation provides a medium to medium-high coverage. Red spots can be concealed [I skip concealer most of the time but even if I need a fuller coverage on the day of using this, I do not see the need to add on concealer too]
Texture: 7/10 - The texture is very fluid, slightly [really very very slightly] viscous. However, it did not really pose much of a problem in terms of application. After application, it does not feel heavy on my face too [which is really the best part! I shunned away from foundation all the time because I tried several liquid ones and they provide really good coverage but I do feel a tad bit like there's a gunk/ layer on my face. I think most foundation give me this kind of feeling because they provide really good coverage, which I don't need.]
Blendability : 8/10 - It blends good! I use a foundation brush when blending, and just my fingers when I'm in a rush. Both did not pose any problems like patchy-ness.
Lasting Power: 7.5/10 - It lasted pretty darn long. The above picture of me was taken about 4.5 hours after applying the foundation. Still awesome coverage!
Availability: 8.5/10 - It is retailing in Watsons Singapore and I'm sure you have a Watsons near you! You can also get this item online from BlingAlways
Price: 4/10 - I personally think the price is over the top. I got a friend who went Japan to buy it for me, so I paid 2310 yen (approx. SGD $36) for it. If you talk about how long one can use it for, doing the "amount per day" calculation, yes it might be worth it but compared to other brands and foundations available [talking about drugstore], this is definitely much more expensive. Watsons is selling it at SGD $41.90 [understandable that they have to be on par with Japan pricing and recoup shipping. Online, BlingAlways sells it at SGD $38.90.
Repurchase: Yes. For starters, I am totally sold by the packaging. It's so compact and convenient to bring around, the consistency and texture of the product felt comfortable on my skin. However, the price being a huge setback, might make me do a double take in future or I will perhaps use this pretty seldom since it's difficult to repurchase and expensive.
Overall Rating: 7/10
I wanted to throw a 7.5, but looking at the availability issue and price again, settled with a 7. Love hate relationship with this product. [I just don't seem to be able to justify paying so much for drugstore foundation D: Then again, it's Tsu-chan...] Not a holy grail/ must have product I would say, there are better or equivalent products out there for similar price. If you haven't gotten it/ tried it, you are not really missing out much!
Still, if you wish to get it, I will recommend to head over to BlingAlways to
purchase it as of the few online shops that carry it, it is by far the cheapest
of them all! Do remember to quote "LoveHimeko" for Free Postage! :3
Hi guys~ Bringing you another review :3 I don't really know how to do foundation review T.T But I don't think you will need to see swatches because... it's like my skin tone... right? Let me know if you want them. I'll just show you product shots and when used for now.
Candy Doll Powder Foundation in Shade 01 「キャンディドール パウダーファンデーション01」 :
Product Weight : 10g
Product Ingredients: Talc, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Methacrylate Mechirukurosuporima (?), Isotridecyl Isononanoate, Hydrogen Dimethicone, Silica, Dimethicone, Hexa (hydroxystearic acide/ stearic acid/ rosin acid), Jipentaerisurichiru (?), Stearic Acid, Zinc Oxide, Hydroxide, Al, Phenoxyethanol, Iron Oxides. [Sorry, 2 of the ingredients cannot be translated... I tried my best to read and fit words in but they just can't work!]
Foundation type: Powder
Packaging: 9/10 - Firstly, it's pink. Secondly, black stripes. Thirdly, compact. Fourthly, comes with mirror inside and the sponge is kept at a separate compartment from the powder (more hygienic). MAD LOVE IT!
Coverage: 6.5/10 - The foundation is not really a "heavy duty" type, meaning if you are looking for high coverage, this will not work for you. This one only boost up to medium coverage. If you have alot of blemishes/ scars/ redness to cover, do use a concealer before using this!
Texture: 8/10- Smooth and fine! Very lightweight on my face too. I also liked how it did not crack on my face. [I have very extreme skin conditions; it can go from dry (even peeling sometimes) to oily in just an hour or less] Huge plus point and another reason why I will use it again (I tried some other compact foundation before, but ended up cracking on my face).
Blendability : 8.5/10- It blends splendidly! The powder is fine so it's kinda expected eh?
Lasting Power: 7.5/10- It lasted pretty darn long. When I use it just as foundation, it lasted about 5 to 6 hours. When I use it very lightly as a veil over liquid foundation/ bb cream, my face stayed shine free for nearly 7 hours!
Availability: 8.5/10-
It is retailing in Watsons Singapore and I'm sure you have a Watsons near you! You can also get this item online from BlingAlways!
Price: 4/10- I personally think the price is over the top. I got a friend who went Japan to buy it for me, so I paid 2100 yen (appox. SGD $33) for it. If you talk about how long one can use it for, doing the "amount per day" calculation, yes it might be worth it but compared to other brands and foundations available [talking about drugstore], this is definitely much more expensive. Watsons is selling it at SGD $40.90 [understandable that they have to be on par with Japan pricing and recoup shipping. Online, BlingAlways sells it at SGD $36.90.
Repurchase: Yes. I don't need extremely high coverage most of the time because I think it's more natural when my flaws (I do have very bad blemishes) peek through the veil of powder on my face. It is lightweight, which is a plus point for repurchase (but the price is a huge setback though...) I can always slap on some concealer if I want to conceal my flaws (that's what concealers are for, right?!) Overall Rating: 8.5/10
If not for the price, I would have given it a 9.5! Super love this though, but it's really hard to get and while I would love to repurchase it, it will really burn a big hole in my pocket =/ Love hate relationship with this product! [I just don't seem to be able to justify paying so much for drugstore foundation D: Then again, it's Tsu-chan... xD]
Packaging: 8/10 - Simple design, gives it a very "clean" cut outlook. Small and compact, easy to bring around!
Pigmentation: 7.5/10 - This, being a highlight, have good color payoff [the intensity might be amplified due to the contrast in color of skin and creamy (almost white) yellowish color.
Texture: 8/10 - Smooth! The powder packed is really fine and smooth, did not experience fallouts/ powder at all.
Blendability : 8/10 - It blends nicely and easily, did not have to really work alot with blending it.
Lasting Power: 8/10 - Like the diamond beauty highlight, this last longer than the fellow cheek color from the same line. Stayed on for about 5 hours before I had to touch up.
Availability: 8.5/10 - It is retailing in Watsons Singapore and I'm sure you have a Watsons near you! You can also get this item online from BlingAlways!
Price: 6.5/10 - Watsons is selling it at SGD $25.90. Online, BlingAlways sells it for SGD $21.90.
Repurchase: Yes. The powder is blended into skin so nicely and it really helps to bring more attention to the flatter areas where this highlight is applied. Light falls on these area and really helps to "push" them outwards.
Overall Rating: 8/10
For a highlight, it served it's purpose well! It really blended with my skin so well because the powder is really fine. The shimmers were micro shimmer (I think...), so it was not overwhelming but it still helped to define our flatter areas (nose, area between eye and upper cheekbone) and catching the light that falls on them well!
Note: I have not used blush from other countries [my blush are all from Japan.... except for the 28 bulsh palette from Coastal Scents] so generally, it's a comparison with other blushes from Japan for the scale. [Eg. Canmake, Melliesh, Eyemazing Cosme, Diamond Beauty]
I will recommend to head over to BlingAlways to purchase it as of the few online shops that carry it, it is by far the cheapest of them all! Do remember to quote "LoveHimeko" for Free Postage! :3
I'm on a roll! :3 bibies everyone, you will see more piccies later tonight of my haul from Japan! (yes, more hauls, thanks to my lovely spree-er who helped me bring them back!)
Packaging: 8/10 - Simple design, gives it a very "clean" cut outlook. Small and compact, easy to bring around!
Pigmentation: 6/10 - The color looks light on pan and payoff is good. However, talking about pigmentation here, the colour came off really soft and light, thus to get it to show on your cheeks, you will need to work with it a little more and build the blush on your cheeks.
Texture: 8/10 - Smooth! The powder packed is really fine and smooth, did not experience fallouts/ powder all over the hollows of my cheek.
Blendability : 8/10 - It blends nicely and does not have patches/ uneven colour distribution on my cheeks.
Lasting Power: 6.5/10 - I'm not sure if it's because the colour is really light or it really can't last as long as the other blush from the same line (e.g. Strawberry pin) but I had to touch up after about 3.5 - 4 hours.
Serves as a good "base" and give the subtle color for a natural look!
Overall Rating: 7/10
For this blush, I do not use it as a sole cheek colour most of the time. I use it as a "base" for my cheek before layering another colour which is more intense [like strawberry pink] when I do gyaru style makeup. The reason why I use a lighter pink as "base" first is so that the transition from the bright, hot pink color to my skin color will be smoother and less harsh [because the contrast is huge].
However, on light makeup/ natural makeup days, I can just slap this on for a very slight/ subtle hint of color on my cheeks and it comes off really natural.
I have not used blush from other countries [my blush are all from Japan.... except for the 28 bulsh palette from Coastal Scents] so generally, it's a comparison with other blushes from Japan for the scale. [Eg. Canmake, Melliesh, Eyemazing Cosme, Diamond Beauty]

Finally, the review for product you've been seeing xD Before that, please hop over to my page and "like" it because...... I'm dying to do the giveaway but will only do so when it reaches 100 "likes" So help me with that!
Candy Doll Cheek Color Strawberry Pink 「キャンディドール チークカラー ストルベリーピンク」
It's the 3rd one from the left.
When used on cheeks
Candy Doll Cheek Color Strawberry Pink 「キャンディドール チークカラー ストルベリーピンク」:
Packaging: 8/10 - Simple design, gives it a very "clean" cut outlook. Small and compact, easy to bring around!
Pigmentation: 8/10 - The color is very rich and strong! One swipe and an adequate amount comes onto your fingers/ brush. It might look very intimidating on the pan, but really, when used on the cheeks, it is not that strong!
Texture: 8/10 - Smooth! The powder packed is really fine and smooth, did not experience fallouts/ powder all over the hollows of my cheek.
Blendability : 8/10 - It blends nicely and does not have patches/ uneven colour distribution on my cheeks.
Lasting Power: 7/10 - Last for about 4 hours before I have to touch up. Slightly longer [about an hour] if I've not been exposed to the sun~
Repurchase: Yes! This colour is one that every gyaru needs!
Overall Rating: 7.5/10
Yes, I have finally used it enough to give a review! Originally wanted to give it an 8 but I felt the price and availability deserved slightly more points taken off so it became a 7.5~ It's a plus point that it contains olive oil, jojobead oil and hyaluronic acid which are all good babies for our skin. However, do take note it contains talc [if you are a "mineral only" person and is very against talc, you might not want to try this] I cannot justify reviewing it just after 1 use because it's unfair to the product and I don't think it is very honest given my bias towards Japanese products. this blush is matte, which is the trend from model released Cosme if you realise. Also, I have not used blush from other countries [my blush are all from Japan.... except for the 28 bulsh palette from Coastal Scents] so generally, it's a comparison with other blushes from Japan for the scale. [Eg. Canmake, Melliesh, Eyemazing Cosme, Diamond Beauty] Also, I wanted to try more blushes before jumping into writing a review without knowing much about blushes. This way, I can do a comparison. So I hope you guys understand why it took me so long to do this review as I wanted to do one that is helpful, not just a shallow first impression/ jump to conclusion review (:

Hello! Bring you some Candy Doll Product piccies today~ If you've been reading my blog, I said that I bought 2 lippies from Candy Doll, short of the last colour to complete the collection. However, I am not very interested in the last colour and it so happens that darling bought that colour! So today, she finally came over to my house to play with my make and I got the chance to see how the colour looked and even tried it on! No lip piccie though because my lips were so chapped I deleted the pic. Here are the mentioned products:
I only have hand swatches for this, ごめん〜 Top - Lemonade Pink, Middle - Vanilla Beige, Bottom - Apricot Beige
But these are the ones I own ^^

I was looking at Leesha's vids and came across this certain eye make and decided to try it, here's my result~ [It was a vid talking about Lime Crime]
Green bambi contact lens compliment so well!
Here's a comparison between before and after~
In case you are interested, the TKB Trading micas I used are: Lotsa Lime, Capricon Sea, Lemon Pop!, Colorona Blue, Blackstar Blue.
